International Customers Please Note:

Any taxes or customs charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer. ENZO Nutraceuticals Ltd does not take responsibility for customs charges, taxes, or denied product entry to any country. If your product order is returned to us, we can only refund the cost of the product, but not the shipping cost. Please, make sure in advance that your country allows you to receive our dietary supplement products.

New Zealand

Orders are sent with Courier Post. A shipping charge (NZD6.00) applies up to order value of $150. Free shipping for orders over NZ$150. Estimated delivery time 1-3 business days.

Australia

SORRY, but we can no longer ship to Australia by ordinary postal airmail as this service has become too slow and unreliable!
Orders are sent by Courier Service (DHL-Express): These shipments are tracked and usually take between 4-7 business days to arrive. Shipping charges apply as per your online order calculation. Free shipping kicks in at $250!

Japan

Orders may be sent from our Japan Office or directly from New Zealand depending on product availability. Shipping charges apply. Estimated delivery time 2-3 business days when shipped from Japan, 7-10 business days when shipped from New Zealand.

USA

Orders are sent directly from New Zealand using DHL Express. Shipping charges apply as per your online order calculation. Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days.

UK

Orders are sent from New Zealand by DHL Express or by NZ Post International Airmail. This can take anywhere between 14-28 business days! There is no tracking on the postal service shipment. PLEASE NOTE: We have had customers tell us that they have been charged VAT and customs duties. This does not seems to happen on every shipment, but there is the possibility it does. Please find more details on VAT and customs duties for shipments of good into the UK on this UK government website.

Europe

PLEASE NOTE: Shipments to Europe can take considerable time to arrive. Sometimes up to 4 weeks! Orders are sent from New Zealand by DHL Express Courier Service. Shipping charges apply as per your online order calculation. Estimated delivery time 14-28 business days. If shipments are returned for any reason we can only refund the product cost, but not the shipping cost! ENZO Nutraceuticals Ltd does not take any responsibility for customs charges, taxes or denied product entry to any country.
