Hello Mr Giles, I wanted to be in touch to give you some feedback. For more than 15 years I have explored how to assist my son with his ADD. I read about the properties of Pine Bark when researching Dr Daniel Siegel’s work into nutrients for brain optimisation. With B vitamins and other properties I began giving my son fresh smoothies at the age of 5. When you product (Relax and Focus) became available I immediately began his taking 2 tablets a day. My son is now nearly 21 years of age. He has taken your product every day for many years now. We gave it a little rest to try Ritalin for about 9 months - his sentiments were that your product did exactly the same thing for him without the side effects. I can not thank you enough. My 8 year old daughter started on Relax and Focus 2 months ago. Within a week I could start to see an improvement in behaviours that were typical of her with increased stress and anxiety. After taking R&F alongside prescription medication my child felt more relaxed and ready to focus. It usually takes about 30 minutes to take effect. It was helpful, only alongside prescription medications.
